A new digital platform with a focus on practical, everyday nutrition aims to make the preparation of healthy, flavorsome food simple and convenient.

Nestlé’s GoodNes digital tool is designed to be an easy-to-use method for home cooks to search recipes, plan meals and access practical nutrition tips – all from one platform. It was developed to help people make better nutritional choices with simple solutions that can be integrated into everyday life. The platform supports users to make healthy eating easier to implement, with tips for planning dinner and lunchbox ideas to understanding food labels.

“GoodNes is something Nestlé is proud to bring to market, as we set out to create a tool that feels like a helping hand in the kitchen,” said Nestlé South Africa nutrition, health and wellness manager Anne-Marie De Beer. “GoodNes gives people the confidence to make better, informed food choices, while keeping mealtime balanced, delicious, and nutritious. Backed by Nestlé’s expertise, this platform will help South African families make mealtimes easier and more enjoyable.”

The platform allows users to create a personalised and balanced weekly meal plan and includes a “My Cookbook” function which allows users to save recipes into a catalogued folder.
